Cowboy Supper

1 pound ground beef drained
4 medium potatoes sliced
2 can (16 oz) Pork N’ Beans
1/2 large onion chopped
1/2 large green pepper chopped
ketchup to taste

In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain grease. Saute onions and peppers and add to beef.

Preheat oven to 350

Then, In a large baking dish, coat with pam and layer the ingredients as follows: 1/2 the ground beef mixture, 1/2 the potatoes, 1 can of beans and as much ketchup as you want so that you have 2 layers of each ingredient and ketchup on top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. The thinner you slice your potatoes, the quicker it cooks!
