Fill a large crockpot with:
1st layer- country cut pork ribs
2nd layer- 1 can of kidney beans
3rd layer- 1 can of diced tomatoes
4th layer- 1 chopped onion
5th layer- 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon butter
Cook on low for about 8 hours, then if desired, take the meat out and remove excess fat, then add back to the crockpot. Taste for seasoning adjustments. Keep on low or warm until ready to serve.
