Coconut Cream Frosting

1 cup flaked coconut.
1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz)
1/4 cup butter
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Toast the coconut, set aside and let cool.

Cream the cream cheese with butter. Alternately add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
