Cinnamon Streusel Bread

1 1/2 cups water
4 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Streusel
3 tablespoons cold butter
1/4 cup brown sugar — packed
2 tablespoons bread flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Make and freeze Streusel first. Freeze at least one hour before using Streusel to make bread.

To make Streusel, mix butter brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in medium bowl until bubbly. Stir in nuts. freeze in bowl at least 1 hour. Do not remove from freezer until ready to use. Use butter in streusel for best results.

Bread Dough: In bread maker place all ingredients except Streusel mixture as manufacturer directs.
Select sweet or basic/white cycle. Use light or medium crust color. Do not use the delay cycle.

Add frozen Streusel mixture at the beep or 5 minutes before the end of the last kneading cycle.
