Christmas Chicken Crescent Wreath

2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup shredded Co-Jack cheese
2/3 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
3/4 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped onion

Using a 12″ pizza pan, arrange the crescent rolls in a ring, with the pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan; and the wide ends overlapping.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients, and spoon over the wide ends of the rolls.

Fold points over the filling; and tuck under wide ends. Filling will be visible.

Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Transfer carefully to a holiday platter.
