3 pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz. each
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar
1 bag mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese and mix with vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and chips. Form into 1 very large or 2 medium size cheese balls. Roll in pecans.
Serve with ginger snaps and/or vanilla wafers.
