2 pounds chili meat (coarse grind beef)
1 pound ground pork meat (pork sausage)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed or powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika (level)
4 cups cooked pinto beans
Boil meat until cooked, about 20 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon garlic and 1 level tablespoon of salt.
When cooked, add chili powder, paprika, dissolved in 1/2 cup of water until smooth, cumin, oregano, onion powder. Stir after adding spices. Add cooked beans.
To thicken Chili con Carne, mix 3 heaping tablespoons of Instant Masa Harina or flour in 1/3 cup cold water until smooth. Add this mixture to rest of ingredients, stirring while adding flour mixture, so as not to form lumps.
Cook 1 hour.
