2 cans roasted garlic chicken broth
15 oz corn and black bean salsa
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
16 oz frozen pepper stir fry veggies
1 small onion-fine chopped
15 oz whole kernel corn with liquid
4 oz Monterey Jack
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips in a stockpot. Bring to a boil-reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
Bowl up and top with cheese and crushed chips.
