Chicken Elizabeth

Chicken Breasts (boneless)
Ham Slices
Swiss Cheese, cut in strips
Corn flake crumbs

Salt and pepper chicken to taste. In middle of piece of chicken lay strips of ham and strips of Swiss cheese. Roll all together and tie with string. Roll in corn flake crumbs which have had a dash of oregano added to them.

Put in flat baking pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°. Take out of oven, remove string, add sauce and bake 45 minutes more at same temperature.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 pint sour cream

Melt butter, add flour and stir till bubbly. Add chicken broth and stir till the mixture is smooth. Then add apple juice and sour cream.

Serve with rice.
