1 lb turkey sausage
1/2 cup green onions; chopped
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 cups lowfat cheddar cheese; grated
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
Cook and stir sausage and the green onions in a large skillet until brown, crumbling sausage into small bits; drain.
Mix sausage mixture baking mix, cheese, dry mustard and cayenne is a large bowl. Stir in milk.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350° oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Mix dijon mustard with honey and serve as dipping sauce with hot appetizers.
