1 small head of cabbage
3 Braeburn apples
1/2 -3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Dash of salt
Wash, core and cut up apples into bite size pieces, leave the skin on. Add dried cranberries.
Place cabbage, apples, and cranberries into serving bowl.
Mix final 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour over salad and mix thoroughly.
