Bruschetta-Style Salad

10 plum tomatoes, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup mixed olives, sliced
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed Salad Greens

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Cover and let set at room temperature until ready to serve.

Serve on mixed salad greens on individual salad plates.
