4 Broccoli heads, chopped small
1/4 cup toasted almond pieces
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Chop broccoli into small pieces.
Toast almond pieces in frying pan.
Add broccoli, almonds, raisins and bacon bits to large bowl.
In separate bowl, mix mayo and sugar. When combined, add apple cider vinegar and mix very well.
Add dressing to salad right before serving so salad will be crisp.
