8 oz reduced-fat turkey sausage
1 Italian; (16-ounce) bread shell
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell; sprinkle with cheeses.
Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients; pour over cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
