Breaded Pork Chops

4-6 pork chops
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying

Beat eggs and milk until well blended. Dip chops into mixture, then into cracker crumbs to coat.

Salt and pepper to taste and place in hot skillet with small amount of oil. Brown on both sides.

Reduce heat and cook until well done.
