Black Bean Hummus

16 oz black beans
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime juiced
2 garlic clove, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground cumin

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.

Cover and refrigerate till ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
