1/2 lb turkey sausage
1 onion; chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
15 oz can butter beans
15 oz can light red kidney beans
15 oz can dark red kidney beans
15 oz can small white beans
salt and pepper; to taste
Cook sausage, then drain well. Drain all beans well.
Mix sausage with remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
