2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons white vinegar
7-1/2 onions, finely chopped
7-1/2 bay leaves
2 quarts beer
11 lbs. beef round steaks, about 6 ounces each
Combine first 6 ingredients in a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
