Beef Stew

5-7 carrots, washed peeled and cut in two
5-7 potatoes, washed and peeled
1 onion
1 lb boneless beef cubes
2 celery ribs, washed and cut into 2-3 inch chunks
seasoning salt
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups ketchup

Add the water and meat into slow cooker and sprinkle on seasoning salt. 2. Add in potatoes (no need to cut unless very large) carrots, a few onions slivers and celery.

Let cook on high for 6-8 hours until meat is cooked through and potatoes and carrots are tender.

Mix in ketchup.
