Barbecue Shrimp (2)

8 lbs. fresh shrimp
1 1/2 lbs. butter
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 lg. garlic cloves, chopped
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrin Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup shallots (green onions), chopped
French bread

Put shrimp in a large pan. Combine all the above ingredients. Pour mixture over shrimp and marinate for 1/2 hour.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450°, then place under broiler for 5 minutes.

Serve with hot French bread for dipping.
Serves 6-8.
