2 1/2 lbs chicken parts
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/4 cups barbecue sauce
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1 cup whole kernel corn
In a skillet, brown chicken in the oil; stir in the barbecue sauce and water.
Cover and simmer on med-low for 20 min; stir in the rice and corn.
Cover and simmer on low for 5 more min.
