Balsamic Burgers

Also known as Jack’s Balsamic Burgers

4 lbs lean grass fed ground beef
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms (chopped fine)
1 lg. onion (chopped fine)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Form into hamburger patties.

Grill until done.
