Baked Fish Italian-Style

2 lb. fish fillets
1/2 cup olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Pour olive oil into a baking pan. Coat fish on both sides with oil and let stand at least 1 hr.

Dip fish in mixture of bread crumbs and paprika.

Place on a baking pan or sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 350°F., 25 minutes or until done.
