1/2 (18 oz.) pkg. organic extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch squares
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Chinese 5 spice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Archer Farms™ Asian stir-fry vegetables
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
Place tofu squares in small bowl; toss with flour and spice.
Heat oil on high in large nonstick frying pan or wok. Add tofu squares. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden in color. Remove from pan; set aside.
In same pan stir-fry vegetables 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
Mix sauces. Pour over vegetables. Add cooked tofu. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes or until hot.
