Apricot Glaze for Ham

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (12 ounces) apricot nectar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt in small saucepan. Stir in apricot nectar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

Boil and stir 1 minute.

About 1 1/2 cups.
