Alfredo Sauce (2)

2 cups of nonfat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of butter flavored granules
1/2 cup of evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 teaspoon of chicken flavored bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.

Pour into a small saucepan; cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.

Yield: 2 3/4 cups
