3 teaspoons yeast
4 1/2 cups ABM Breadmix
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups warm water
Place in breadmaker and bake on white bread cycle.
Cinnamon-Raisin – Add 1 cup raisins and 3 teaspoons cinnamon. Glaze with powdered sugar frosting, if desired.
French Bread: Eliminate the margarine.
Sweet Bread: Add 1 tablespoon sugar with dry ingredients. Break 2 eggs into measuring cup, fill cup with water to amount called for in recipe.
Herb Bread: Add 1 1/2 teaspoons dry herbs such as rosemary, basil or dill.
